Hire Costs For Hires From September 1st 2024

 

Child's birthday party (up until age 12 only)
The Main Hall (holds 120 max)
Saturday's during term time 1.30pm until 6.30pm

During school holidays (a five hour slot between 8am and 6pm)

Sundays (a five hour slot between the hours of 8am and 6pm)

Hire fee is £110 for the five hour hire & includes a clean + an additional refundable £75

damage deposit. The full hire fee is payable at the time of booking & the refundable £75 damage deposit is payable 28 days before your hire date.

The Park Room (holds 60 max)
Saturday's and Sundays (a five hour slot between 8am and 6pm)
Hire fee is £100 for the five hour hire & includes a clean + an additional refundable £75 damage deposit. The full hire fee is payable at time of booking & the refundable £75 damage deposit is payable 28 days before your hire date.

Evening adult functions (for 21 years of age upwards)
The Main Hall (holds 120 max) 
Hire time is from 6pm until midnight and includes a clean the next day.
The hire fee is £220 plus a refundable £200 damage deposit.

We do not provide a bar but clients can have permission to bring their own alcohol to

consume or to give away only (strictly NO selling). Clients can source an outside bar provider. A £50 deposit is payable at the time of booking then the full outstanding balance (including the refundable damage deposit) is payable 28 days before your hire date.

Park Room (holds 60 max)
6pm until midnight. The hire fee is £125 (includes a clean) plus a refundable damage deposit of £200. A £50 deposit is payable at the time of booking then the full outstanding balance is (including the damage deposit) is payable 28 days before your hire date.

Wedding & Community hires etc

Main Hall only (holds 120 max)
8am until midnight. The hire fee is £440 plus £200 refundable damage deposit. 

1pm until midnight. The hire fee is £330 plus £200 refundable damage deposit. 

Committee Room (holds 20 max) Please note this room is not hired out separately only together with the Main hall for party hires.
8am until midnight. The hire fee is £140.00 plus £200 refundable damage deposit
1pm until midnight.
The hire fee is £100 plus £200 refundable damage deposit. 


Park Room (holds 60 max)
8am until midnight. The hire fee is £325 plus a £200 
refundable damage deposit.

1pm until midnight. The hire fee is £215 plus £200 refundable damage deposit.

Whole Building (holds 200 max)

8am until midnight. The hire fee is £905 plus £300 refundable damage deposit.

1pm until midnight. The hire fee is £655 plus £300 refundable damage deposit.

Please note: A £50 deposit is payable at the time of booking a  hire and the full balance (including the refundable key deposit) is payable 28 days before your hire date.

NOTES:

The Committee Room is NOT hired out on its own for private party hires.

​

However, all rooms are available for regular hire (subject to availability). Details of fees for regular hires are provided upon application.

​

Hires between 8am and 6pm in the Main hall or Park room for mainly adult functions e.g. Christenings and Weddings,  or for a child's party with over 40 guests will be charged a refundable key deposit of £200

​
